Roxanne Carpenter began her real estate career in 1986 and has been with RE/MAX since 1995. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has won numerous awards and recognitions throughout the years including:

Roxanne was born and raised in Lebanon and is a graduate of Lebanon High School. In addition to her real estate career, she has a diverse background of experiences including working for Good Samaritan Hospital, Judge John Walter, Attorney Allen Krause, and the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas. She has also worked as a data processor and a computer operator.
She currently resides in North Lebanon Township in a home she has owned for 32 years. She has two adult sons named Jeff and Keith. Jeff has worked with her for the past twelve years as an Associate Broker and Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA). Keith owns KC Construction, married to Tammy, and is the father of Roxanne’s three granddaughters, Ashley, Katelyn & Kirsten, who keep her very busy. In her limited spare time, she enjoys being involved at St. Mark's United Church of Christ, playing the organ, flower gardening, crocheting and stitchery.
In working together, Roxanne and Jeff's professional motto is, ‘Carpenters have the tools for all of your real estate needs.’ Her personal philosophy is that putting the client first means being a good listener, a good communicator and an easily accessible agent. Her clients repeatedly tell her she is dependable, honest and conscientious.
